The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting Ayurvedic healthcare products, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective sales operations within the assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and distributors.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Promotion**: Actively engage with potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic healthcare products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and submit regular reports to the sales manager.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- **Travel**: Visit clients, distributors, and attend industry events as required.

## **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
