We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Commis 1 - Tandoori Chef** to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes with precision and authenticity. This role requires expertise in traditional Indian tandoor cooking techniques and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori items such as tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, roti, and other dishes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain proper usage of the tandoor oven and handle it safely.
- Marinate meats and vegetables with traditional Indian spices and techniques.
- Monitor food stock and communicate shortages or needs to the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation at all times.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries properly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
