**Role Overview**

As a **3D Designer** at Quattro Spaces, you will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into compelling, high-quality visual experiences. Your expertise in 3D rendering and visualization will help bring projects to life for clients, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to design excellence and functional innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop **photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations** that capture design intent and brand identity.
- Convert 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards into **immersive 3D visuals**.
- Ensure design outputs reflect accurate **materials, textures, lighting, and spatial detailing**.
- Deliver visualizations aligned with project milestones, client presentations, and deadlines.
- Maintain structured version control, documentation, and updates for all renders.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to ensure accuracy.
- Continuously explore **emerging rendering techniques, software updates, and industry trends**.
- Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency without compromising quality.

**Who You Are (Requirements)**

**Must-Haves**:

- Degree/Diploma in **Interior Design, Architecture**, or a recognized **3D Animation/Visualization program**.
- **5-8 years** of proven experience in 3D design for **commercial or residential interiors**.
- Strong command of **3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop**.
- Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Exposure to **VR/AR-based visualization tools**.
- Familiarity with **Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion** for advanced rendering.
- Creative flair with attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
