We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with exceptional expertise in consultative selling, adept at personalizing interactions, and possessing a deep understanding of our products. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities by leveraging your consultative approach, creative skills in personalization, and extensive product knowledge. This role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and the ability to identify and engage with decision-makers within prospective companies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Convert marketing-generated leads to qualified opportunities by employing effective sales techniques with personalized interactions.
- Contact all new leads in the CRM system within 24-48 hours, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of our products, employing a consultative approach, and providing tailored experiences.
- Close or assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on deal size, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.
- Dispose of all leads in the CRM system according to the established workflow, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to pinpoint key decision-makers.
- Utilize your persistence, expertise, and creative personalization skills to cultivate leads that have the potential to turn into valuable business opportunities.
- Schedule the most qualified and productive demos while providing in-depth information to the sales team.
- Maintain all contacts and opportunities in Salesforce, recording progress and updates diligently.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of operating in a highly metrics-driven environment, emphasizing activity and conversion rates.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR in the B2B SaaS industry, showcasing your sales expertise, product knowledge, and ability to creatively personalize interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your ideas concisely and passionately while tailoring your approach to each prospect.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations, showcasing your creativity in maintaining sales momentum and delivering tailored experiences.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to handle rejection with resilience.
- Proficiency in developing rapport, influencing others, and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently while remaining humble and personable.
- Eagerness to learn, committed to continuous improvement, and open to receiving feedback.
