Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and services from suppliers to customers.

Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. This involves coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory. This includes forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and implementing inventory control measures.

Transportation Management: Planning and coordinating the transportation of goods, including selecting carriers, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely delivery. This may involve various modes of transportation, such as trucks, ships, planes, or trains.

Warehouse Management: Supervising warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This includes optimizing warehouse layout, implementing efficient storage systems, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. This may involve negotiating contracts with suppliers and carriers to achieve favorable terms.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing logistics operations, including customs regulations, transportation safety regulations, and environmental regulations.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, customs documentation, and shipping manifests.

Problem-solving: Resolving logistics issues and challenges that arise, such as delays, shortages, or transportation disruptions. This requires quick thinking and the ability to implement effective solutions under pressure.

Communication: Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities effectively. This includes providing regular updates on shipment status, addressing concerns, and communicating changes in logistics plans.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. This may involve evaluating new technologies, streamlining workflows, and optimizing supply chain networks.

Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Logistics and Transportation (CPLP).

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is usually required, with at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with logistics software and systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transportation Management System) may also be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
