Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the company's and warehouse operations and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with senior management to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration, management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
