**Job Overview**:
An Advertising Promoter plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing the visibility of a company’s brand, products, or services through strategic advertising campaigns. This position focuses on promoting advertisements across various platforms, helping to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. The role requires creativity, communication skills, and a solid understanding of advertising tools and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in developing and implementing advertising strategies that align with the brand’s goals and target audience.
- **Ad Promotion**: Promote advertisements across multiple channels, including digital platforms (social media, websites, Google Ads), traditional media (TV, radio, print), and outdoor advertising.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target demographic.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize advertising strategies and maximize impact.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
- **Brand Awareness**: Work to increase visibility of the brand and its products/services by driving targeted advertising campaigns.
- **Customer Engagement**: Monitor and respond to customer feedback or inquiries related to advertising promotions to enhance customer relationships.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the advertising budget, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as sales, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated advertising efforts.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, tools, and technologies to implement cutting-edge strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field. Internships or entry-level positions in advertising are also considered.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create persuasive ad copy and interact with internal teams and clients.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Comfort with analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that campaigns run on schedule and within budget.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail in both content creation and campaign execution.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and work towards common goals.
- **Adaptability**: Open to learning new skills and adapting to changing trends in the advertising industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with advertising tools like Canva, SEMrush, or Hootsuite.
- **Experience**: Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
