Key Responsibilities:1. Database Management:

- Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure database systems.
- Oversee database architecture, including data modeling and normalization.
- Manage database configurations, tuning, and optimization for performance.

2. Data Security and Integrity:

- Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures.
- Implement measures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to databases.

3. Database Administration:

- Lead database installation, upgrades, and migrations.
- Plan and execute backup and recovery strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.

4. Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop a database strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and tools.

5. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of external ERP vendor team.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

7. Compliance and Regulations:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor procedures for data governance and compliance.

8. Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for database systems, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in database administration and management.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MS Excel, Python).
- Experience with cloud-based databases and migration strategies.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
