**Salary Range**: INR 120,000 - INR 240,000 per annum
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a non-IT or general recruitment role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
