Position: Relationship Associate

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Ernakulam
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Understand client needs and preferences and work to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring all their needs are met.

Provide support for account-related issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Keep clients informed about updates, changes, or relevant information related to the organization's offerings.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist clients in resolving any issues or problems they may encounter.

Collaborate with relevant departments within the organization to address client concerns or challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services to provide informed guidance to clients.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to offer clients valuable insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information.

Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track client interactions and account details.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.

Provide information and support during the sales process as needed.
- Generate and maintain reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and account performance.

Provide regular updates to management on the status of client relationships.
- Solicit feedback from clients to understand their level of satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Use client feedback to improve products, services, and client interactions.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay current with industry best practices and attend relevant training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
