**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users in understanding and utilizing Hyperion EPM tools.
- Perform system administration tasks, such as user management, security configuration, and system performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Hyperion EPM solutions.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and systems.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in Hyperion EPM administration and support
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion EPM tools, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), and FDM (Financial Data Quality Management).
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Hyperion EPM tools is preferred.
