Overseas Education Counsellor

**Mandatory Skills**

Excellent English Communication Skills, Study Abroad Domain, Aus / UK / Canada/UK/Ireland with Extensive Overseas Student Counselling Experience

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Meet Allotted Individual target

Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team

Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings

Report & Data Management

Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives in Individual conduct and performance

3-8 + years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad industry

In Depth domain knowledge of at least AUS / UK / Canada

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proven ability to deliver targets

Demonstrated skills in a customer facing role with experience in developing business

plans and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.

A resolute, ethical individual who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.

Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable

Experience in a fast growing and changing environment

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree
