Job Scope

Provide timely and accurate operational support to Hotels Global Team. You will be responsible for the non-sales aspects for the Global hotels business of Wego. The job involves providing operational support to Sales, Product, Marketing & Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Report Collection from ( Hotel partners, Affiliates, and OTA’s).
- Reconciliation & Attribution of the monthly revenue.
- Maintaining good relationships with the existing partners.
- Working closely with the Finance and Data team for ensuring payments on time from partners and for timely business reporting.
- Work with Data team to resolve partner issues.
- Working on regular QA testing of the hotel partners
- Reduce errors by highlighting possible data issues.
- Monitor dynamic hotel cross sell operations activities.
- Provide basic reports for campaign optimization or KPI monitoring.
- Updating hotels content on Wego.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and excellent knowledge with a minimum of two years of work experience in the Ecommerce Industry.
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely with people in remote geographies
- Must be a process oriented person capable of handling strict & regular timelines
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SQL language
- Knowledge of Looker
