1. Representing the Mercedes-Benz customer on the telephone and by means of personal welcome as the first point of contact for all visitors and business partners

2. Promptly greeting and addressing all visitors to the Mercedes-Benz dealership

3. Friendly and open approach to visitors in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz identity

4. Looking after customers waiting in the showroom

5. Answering and conducting telephone calls and connecting callers if required (switchboard) with proper etiquettes

6. Arranging for staff who are temporarily unavailable to call back

7. Ensuring prompt, priority customer care for those with problems or complaints

8. Recording and documenting walk-ins and tele-ins in the showroom.

9. Co-ordinating the front office desk

10. Greeting customers appropriately

11. Handling customer queries and resolving them

12. Maintaining a complete database of the customers? contact information

13. Introducing customers to the Sales Officer

14. Providing basic information of vehicles available

15. Taking feedback from customers
