v **Objectives of this role**:

- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Green Brothers International Pvt Ltd.’s digital presence
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

v **Executive-Social Media & Digital Marketing; Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in **Green Brothers International Pvt Ltd.**’s marketing campaigns

v **Skills and qualifications**:

- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills

v **Preferred qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in social media & digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Analytics
- Guerrilla marketing strategy
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: 01-03 Years Social Media & Digital Marketing Experience required
- Manufacturing Industry and Service industry experience value added
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- Professional in Social Madia & Digital Marketing work experience (preferred)
