**Team and Work Details:
The scope of work for the data science team is diverse and comprehensive. The Data science team plays a crucial role in making better and faster data driven decisions through the use of Advanced analytics, modelling and machine learning techniques.

The Principal Data Scientists will be responsible for leading large analytical/modelling projects and taking full end-to-end responsibility of projects covering areas of Risk Modelling and Analytics, Systemic Implementation of the Models using API’s, Lending Strategy Development, Bureau Score analytics, Portfolio Risk Management, Collections Models and Strategy, Fraud and Anomaly Detection and other analytics such as HR Analytics and Sales Forecasting.

In addition to managing his/her own work, the Principal Data Scientist will also be involved in reviewing the work of junior members of the team and helping and guiding them, as required.

**Qualifications:
**Education**:MS/MTech/BTech graduates or equivalent with a focus on data science and quantitative fields (CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics)

**Work Experience**:Overall 4 to 8 years of proven experience in AI/ML with Python. Out of the total experience, at least 4 years of experience should be in Lending, FinTech, Banking/Financial Services

Proven experience in usage of Python and SQL

Working knowledge of AWS, Git and Postman

Statistical Analysis and Modelling
