Roles & Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless principal & supplier coordination. - Coordinate samples delivery and packaging for customers. - Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics. - Build strong business relationships with customers. - Effectively resolve customer Issues and queries. Eligibility: - Graduate (BCom preferred) Knowledge of import/export will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Groups, and related technology. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication. - Must have 1 to 4 years’ experience in customer service work. **Salary**: ₹121,929.85 - ₹540,702.84 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
