Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, as well as company-specific safety policies and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Review and analyze accident and incident reports, and provide recommendations for preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction workers and site staff.
- Organize orientation sessions for new employees and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks to address specific safety concerns and promote awareness.
- Identify potential safety hazards related to equipment, tools, processes, and working conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and safety-related communications.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment by all personnel on construction sites.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the civil construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
