**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **IT Sales Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our IT solutions and services to new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer success are top priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Create and present PowerPoint presentations for clients.
- Develop case studies showcasing the value and success of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
