**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)**:

- Create and implement IEPs for students with disabilities, ensuring they meet legal requirements and address students' unique needs.
- Regularly review and update IEPs in collaboration with students, parents, and other educational professionals.
- **Instructional Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on students' IEPs and learning goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement behavioral interventions and supports to address and manage challenging behaviors.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor and assess student progress toward educational goals and objectives.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and other staff to integrate students into general education settings and provide necessary support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that all documentation related to students' IEPs and special education services is accurate, timely, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Maintain confidential records and reports related to students' progress and services.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education and relevant legal regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- State certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with disabilities and a strong understanding of various disabilities and learning needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and other educational professionals.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and adaptive Tools

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
