We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy **E-commerce FMCG Sales Executive** to work with our vendors in managing their products on our VIOSOPPY software. This software is specifically designed for selling, purchasing, order management, and billing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the **VIOSOPPY** software for managing vendor products, including listing, purchasing, and selling activities.
- Coordinate and process orders from vendors, ensuring timely billing and invoicing through the software.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to manage product availability, stock levels, and purchasing requirements.
- Handle order placement, tracking, and resolution of discrepancies or issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, purchases, and order statuses.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and vendor satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, order management, or operations within the **FMCG** industry.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations, particularly related to FMCG products.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with vendors or managing FMCG product lines.
