Job Title: Quality Inspector

**Location**: Akshay Organics Pvt Ltd
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Qualification**: ITI/DME
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
**Week Off**: Thursday

Akshay Organics Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of machined components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Inspections**: Perform detailed inspections of machined components using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
- **Measurement Verification**: Verify measurements and tolerances against engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Quality Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- **Defect Identification**: Identify and document any defects or inconsistencies in the components.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent product quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all inspection activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMMs).
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and document defects accurately.
- **Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve quality issues.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to interact with team members and document inspection findings.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
