**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Title: Customer Service Data Entry Representative I
**Location: India**

The Customer Service Data Entry Representative is responsible for supporting department objectives. This is accomplished through precise, accurate and prompt completion of the job duties.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Accurately and efficiently performing data entry for the Sales Operations team while displaying a sense of urgency; maintaining a high level of commitment to achieve quality and productivity goals.
- Reviewing customer contracts and bringing any discrepancies to management for review and approval.
- Adapting to changing situations and restructuring tasks and priorities as changes occur within the business and organization.
- Releasing customer orders after contract approval.
- Ability to use OCR Software and file documents electronically.
- Process 3PL Customer Orders and Customer Service Inquiries.
- Working as a team contributor towards excellence in quality and results driven.

**SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS**
- Proficiency level in English - Ability to communicate professionally and be clear in ideas and thoughts expressed.
- Strong problem solving and research skills using the internet.
- Skill evaluation: Math 80%, Spelling 80%, Typing 40 WPM, Basic Excel 70%
- PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook), proficient with internet and other software.
- Ability to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports, and a dual terminal screen.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Someone able identify/Understand and relate Electronics component terminologies would be an added advantage.
