**Job Description: -**
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide enhanced and out of the box customer support.
- Delivery management and coordination as and when required, including effective communication with delivery boys, customers, vendors etc.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Products listing related communications
- Verification calls to customers in regular intervals
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Arrangement of official appointments and meetings.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and company
- Assist marketing and PR department to ensure better communication is maintained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
