**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping and Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally. Input daily transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile company bank accounts, ensuring all payments, receipts, and fees are correctly recorded.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Track overdue accounts and communicate with vendors and customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure proper recording and tracking of inventory transactions related to steel manufacturing processes, purchases, and sales.
- **Support Audits**: Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
- **Tally Software Usage**: Utilize Tally ERP 9 (or the relevant version) for accounting entries, generating reports, managing inventories, and maintaining financial data.
- **Filing and Documentation**: Maintain organized files for all financial documents, invoices, and receipts. Ensure compliance with internal filing systems and external regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Tally ERP 9** or any other Tally software.
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and other accounting software is a plus.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and general tax compliance.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
