**Customer Support Executive**

**Full Job Description -**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times & ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing professional customer support.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can resolve customer queries and process other task-related orders.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with Customer support and other teams as necessary.
- Providing feedback and other inputs regarding the efficiency of the customer service process.

**Requirements and skills -**
- Any Graduate / Under Graduate can apply.
- Self-motivated
- Needs to handle queries and complaints of the customer very tactfully over Chat.
- Provide excellent customer experience at every interaction, and ensure an end-to-end by taking complete ownership of the customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
