Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bhopal. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries through various communication channels, providing accurate product/service information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining customer records, collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution, and contributing to process improvements for enhancing customer support efficiency.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service, support, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to work well within a team and handle customer interactions professionally
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
