1) Work with other team members for drug-device combination products such as pen injectors, auto injectors, inhalers and applicators.

2) Learn and understand medical devices and its component design and manufacturing processes.

3) Contribute in preparing device related documents like user requirement specifications, design inputs, design outputs, design verification and validations.

4) Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ), evaluate potential external development partners, discuss and negotiate with them.

5) Co-ordinate with R&D as well as internal other functions and external suppliers.

6) Establish regular communication mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders.

7) Cross functional participation and contribution in assembling and testing activities for medical devices.

8) Prepare device development study protocols and reports.

9) Conduct device testing as per ISO standards and regulatory guidance.

10) Support device related activities during human factors and clinical investigations.
