Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator, located in Vadodara. PAST WORK EXPERIENCE IN A DESIGN OFFICE IS PREFERRED. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office equipment, and ensuring effective communication within the office. Duties include customer service, coordinating office activities, and maintaining office supplies. The role also involves organizing files, managing correspondence, and supporting diverse operational needs. Past work as an Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration Proficiency in MS office & google workspace Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelors degree in Commerce or Business administration (preferred)
