**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
B.E - Civil / Relevant experience in real estate industry / Civil sales in building materials, adhesives etc.,

2-8years of relevant experience.

A Sales Executive who has Technical Background

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Understanding the requirement of the customer
- Evaluating the requirements
- Coordinating with the technical development team, making a proposal, negotiating, converting & maintaining strong rapport with the customers.
- Attending product training courses and seminars.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calling all Client Leads and call for office visit.
- Explaining them about our Projects
- Giving Presentation, Explaining Brochures, Cost Sheet
- Clearing all their doubts and queries regarding Project
- Follow-ups, Client's Place Visit if required
- Guiding them about Loans & Finance
- Negotiation and Closing the Deals
- Giving Clients Best Sales Experience
- Achieving Monthly Sales Targets

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
