Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
This is Asset Management Company and an Alternative Investment platform focused on bridging the gap between real estate developers seeking bridge capital and investors looking to create wealth through strategic investments in real estate.
**Salary**:
- **CTC**: ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners (financial consultants, brokers, architects, etc.).
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of financial transactions ensuring alignment with both project requirements and the company’s financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, credit, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate finance sector in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets while managing profitability and risks.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s brand presence.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Mentor and lead the assigned team to meet divisional targets.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles within the real estate finance industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong structuring and execution skills concerning private equity, NBFCs, banking institutions, and structured debt/equity funds.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding regulatory frameworks governing real estate finance in India, particularly in the MMR region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Public speaking, negotiation skills, and team leadership experience.
Additional Information:
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; 2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- **Work Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
