**Qualifications***:Hotel Management Degree / Diploma
**Experience***: 6 months to 2 Years+ experience in F&B Service department.
**Job Summary***:The captain is responsible take guest orders, to serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1) To take guest orders.
- 2) To serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 3) Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- 4) Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:
- 1) Fluent English speaking
- 2) Good skills in managing restaurants (Table Set up, Cleanliness & staff training)
- 3) Interpersonal skills
- 4) Must be presentable and cheerful
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
