**Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with strong troubleshooting skills to manage and maintain our organization’s distributed IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage network connectivity and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with software and hardware installations.
- Manage department assets and maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software.
- Manage and maintain virtual machines and cloud-based servers.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organisation's data and infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Process workflow and documentation creation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on server hardware and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of virtual machine management and cloud-based servers.
- Experience in Google Workspace, AWS, and Office 365.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience in budget management and coordinating billing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
