**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential investors, ARC firms, NBFCs, or financial institutions interested in stressed assets.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, digital campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers for stressed/NPA accounts.
- **Account Marketing & Deal Structuring**:

- Prepare and market information memoranda for stressed asset portfolios.
- Highlight key financials, legal positions, collateral strength, and recovery prospects.
- Coordinate between sellers (banks/FIs) and potential buyers for due diligence and valuation.
- **NPA Knowledge & Advisory**:

- Utilize deep knowledge of NPA classifications, resolution frameworks (IBC, SARFAESI, OTS), and restructuring tools.
- Advise clients/investors on risk mitigation and deal feasibility based on asset quality.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with banks, legal counsels, insolvency professionals, and ARCs for updates and coordination.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential investors and management.
- Ensure timely and professional communication to maintain client and partner relationships.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed MIS reports on lead progress, investor responses, and deal status.
- Assist in documentation and compliance related to marketing and asset sale transactions.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Monitor market trends in NPA acquisition, distressed assets, and regulatory developments.
- Share insights and updates with internal teams for strategic planning.
