**Continental Chef**:
As a continental chef, your main responsibility is to prepare and cook various international dishes to the highest standards. You must have a good understanding of different cooking techniques and be able to create unique and flavorful dishes. Your duties will include:

- Preparing and cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and sauces
- Managing the kitchen and ensuring that it runs smoothly
- Ordering and managing supplies and inventory
- Ensuring that the kitchen is always clean and organized
- Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene practices

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a continental chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. You must also have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure is also essential.

**Baker**:
As a baker, your main responsibility is to prepare and bake various types of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts. You must be able to follow recipes accurately and have good knowledge of baking techniques. Your duties will include:

- Preparing and baking various types of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Managing the baking process from mixing ingredients to baking to decoration
- Managing the inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Ensuring that the kitchen is always clean and organized
- Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene practices

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a baker in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. You must also have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure is also essential.
