**Job Title**: Finance Telecaller (Loan Department)

**Reports To**: Team Lead / Manager - Loan Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Explanation**: Clearly explain different loan products to customers, helping them understand interest rates, terms, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain a strong rapport with clients by addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by generating loan leads and successful closures.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that all loan-related documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the team leader/manager on performance, leads, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in the finance or loan industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good understanding of loan products (personal loans, home loans, etc.) is desirable.
- Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- **Language**: Fluency in English and [other languages specific to your region].

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
