OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE: -
- ROLE & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations Associate:
1) Transaction acceptance at Front office:
a) Assisting in first level of documentation check of transaction and acceptance at the front office.

2) Data Entry:
a) Data entry of the transaction received, scheduling and dispatching the lot to CAMS Query Resolution

3) POD/ Schedules Maintenance

a) Assisting in maintenance of POD records and Schedule received from CAMS

4) MIS & Data Maintenance

a) Preparing the basic records and ensuring record keeping at the respective branch

5) Filing and Record Keeping

a) Assisting in maintenance of filing Corporate Documents ( FT / NFT / NFO Schedule, KYC etc.)
b) Cheque dispatch, FO Rejection, Cheque returns etc.
