**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons aligned with Cambridge Primary English curriculum standards.
- Foster students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through age-appropriate activities and differentiated instruction.
- Create a joyful, inclusive, and language-rich classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Integrate storytelling, drama, phonics, and creative writing to enhance language learning experiences.
- Use formative and summative assessments to track and report student progress.
- Support co-curricular programs, events, and school-wide literacy campaigns.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues in alignment with the school’s values.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching English in primary grades, ideally in an international or Cambridge curriculum setting.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) and effective classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with creative teaching methodologies and 21st-century learning tools.
