**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records and progress reports.
- Integrate interactive and creative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress.
- Ensure classroom discipline and manage student behavior constructively.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in English or related discipline (B.A. + B.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE primary classes.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and use of technology in classrooms.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
