**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote coaching programs and attract prospective students.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Create engaging and relevant content to build a strong online presence.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase the institute's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing events.

**Content Creation**:

- Work closely with content creators to develop marketing materials, brochures, and other collateral.
- Ensure that marketing content aligns with the institute's brand and messaging.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Utilize insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate with external partners for co-promotions and joint initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Digital Proficiency**: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

**Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Team Player**: Collaborative mind-set with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
