**Job Title: Scrum Master**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and facilitate various Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Refinements, Biweekly Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews, Mid Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Track production bugs and manage artifacts in development tools.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of non-production environments, Change Request processes, and Release processes.
- Provide training and coaching to team members in the use of Agile methods.
- Identify project risks and mitigate them using a risk mitigation matrix.
- Maintain the program increment using tools like MIRO, ensuring alignment with TFS (Team Foundation Server).
- Write user stories with a thorough understanding of features related to the project.
- Work closely with all vendor teams tied to the project to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor team activity and progress against sprint goals, removing impediments with tenacity and urgency.
- Lead retrospectives, capture minutes/actions, and circulate them accordingly.
- Capture sprint metrics to monitor team performance and report on project status and roadblocks.
- Exhibit strong leadership and accountability while executing the Release Change Process.
- Coordinate with other Scrum teams and cross-functional groups, providing updates in the Scrum of Scrums.
- Maintain the Sprint board and ensure synchronization with MIRO.

**Additional Responsibilities for Product Owners (POs)**:

- Manage the development of new products and features, using technical knowledge to bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders, defining goals, creating release plans, and distributing tasks.
- Work with designers to create mockups for the final product.
- Assist the development team in clarifying requirements and help them to understand the business side.
- Review prototypes and proofs of concepts for feasibility before advancing to the next stage.
- Conduct usability testing and review customer feedback to ensure the product meets customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on features, functionality, deadlines, and other details.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, completion time, and order of creation.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure they understand the requirements of each project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, AZURE DevOps, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with risk management and process improvement.
- Familiarity with non-production environments and IT Service Management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle significant responsibility and drive process adherence.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Scrum Master or similar Agile frameworks.
- Experience using MIRO, TFS, and related tools.
- A strong technical background with experience in software development.
