**Experience**: 1-2 Years (AMC/Mutual Fund Industry Preferred)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with mutual fund investors.
- Understand individual client needs and provide appropriate mutual fund solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for mutual fund-related queries and servicing.
- Stay updated on mutual fund products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt service and informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting.
- Educate clients on various schemes, SIPs, and fund performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate (any stream).
- **1-2 years of experience in the mutual fund industry; AMC background strongly preferred.**:

- Solid understanding of mutual fund products, NAVs, SIPs, and fund categories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- AMFI/NISM certification is a **plus**.

- **4th Saturday**: Off

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
