**Role**: Operations executive
- Mutual funds

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle Purchase, Order Processing, and Subscription & Redemption Transaction for clients through BSE/NSE/MFU MF Platform & In-house System.
- Manage client on boarding for wealth and Mutual Fund.
- Managing Client Database of Existing and New clients.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling documentation.
- Coordinate internal communication and distribute relevant information to team members.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information or resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while addressing inquiries or concerns.

**Job Specifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an Operations executive or similar role.
- Should have profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 per month
