**Job Description - Travel Sales Executive (English) - Male Preferred**

**About the Role**

We are hiring **energetic, target-driven Travel Sales Agents** to join our dynamic team. You will engage with qualified leads, consult customers on domestic & international travel packages, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

We are currently looking for:

- **5 English-speaking agents**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound leads** generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Consult customers on **flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel packages**.
- Customize **itineraries** based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Convert inquiries into **confirmed bookings** while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide **post-sales support** including cancellations, modifications, rebookings, and special requests.
- Build and maintain **long-term client relationships** through exceptional service.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, offers, promotions, and destinations**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales / Customer Support (experience handling Meta/PPC leads preferred).
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in **English** (written & spoken).
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred.
- Strong **communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills**.
- **Target-driven mindset** with ability to perform under pressure.
- Passion for **travel** and a **customer-first approach**.

**Compensation & Benefits**
