**Essential Skills**:

- 5+ years’ experience serving as Technical SFMC SME role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology
- Certified in at least one of these: Certified SFMC consultant, Certified Marketing cloud
- SFMC development experience: configure Journey Flows, Automation, JB functionality, Einstein features, Queries, contact builder, Audience Builder, EMP Script, Content
Builder, Mobile studio, Automation Builder, Package Manager, html code, SMFC
templates creation.
- SQL skills
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to resolve issues across geographical and cultural boundaries.
- Evidence of creativity, pro activity and influencing skills.
- Experience with Incident and Problem management processes, tools, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas (Strong learning agility)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills.
- Strong communication written and verbal.
- Self-motivated to prioritize and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision. Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, priorities.
Good to have Skills:
Experience working in the agile methodology.

**Salary**: ₹1,592,822.79 - ₹2,547,058.27 per year
