**Designation**: Healthcare Process Associate

**Process**: Voice Process

**Language Required : English + Hindi, English + Bengali**

**Qualification**: Graduate/ Undergraduate

**Experience**: Fresher/ Experienced

**Shifts**: Rotational Day shift
**- Female 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)**
**- Male 24/7 shift**

**Working Days**: 6 days working & 1 day rotational off

**Salary Range**:
**Fresher**:

- 280000 LPA (English + Bengali)**
**- 240000 LPA (English + Hindi)**

**Experienced**:

- 320000 LPA (English + Bengali)**
**- 270000 LPA (English + Hindi)**

**Location**: Tech Mahindra LTD - Electronics City, Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure 100% accurate documentation and maintain quality standards and AHT.
- Stay updated with process knowledge and follow SOPs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and co-workers in a calm and courteous manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
