**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on enhancing students' communicative English skills.
- Conduct interactive and immersive classes to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Assess students' language proficiency through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate language activities, workshops, and extracurricular programs to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate English communication skills across the curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning tools.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their language goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an English Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and resources for language teaching.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
