**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calling and lead generation activities.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Explain the benefits and features of company products or services to potential customers.

**Inbound Call Handling**: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build rapport with clients, follow up with leads, and maintain positive relationships.

**Sales**: Close sales deals, negotiate prices, and upsell/cross-sell products or services.

**Documentation**: Record call details, maintain customer databases, and generate reports.

**Required Skills**:
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to adapt communication style.

**Interpersonal**: Building rapport, handling objections, and resolving conflicts effectively.

**Sales**: Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

**Customer Service**: Providing helpful and efficient support, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Technical**: Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.

**Additional Skills/Qualifications**:
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Understanding of the company's products or services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,688.09 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
