**Job Title: Service Advisor**

As a Service Advisor at our automobile dealership service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the smooth operation of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers courteously and listen attentively to their concerns regarding vehicle performance or issues. Communicate effectively to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services or repairs.
- **Service Recommendations**: Utilize knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance schedules to recommend appropriate services or repairs based on customer concerns, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines. Provide accurate estimates of costs and time required for services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule service appointments, considering workload, technician availability, and customer preferences. Maintain organized records of appointments and follow-up with customers as necessary.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or automotive certification preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining professional integrity.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹305,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Field service: 3 years (preferred)
- Car workshop: 3 years (preferred)
