Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is seeking a highly motivated and

qualified individual to join the faculty as an Assistant Professor specializing in Production

Management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our academic community

and shape the future of production management education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver graduate-level courses in production management, ensuring content is up-to
- date, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and academic rigor.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to facilitate student learning, critical thinking, and the practical
- Mentor and advise students, guiding academic and career development in the field of production

management.
- Conduct scholarly research in production management, with a focus on publishing findings in

reputable academic journals and presenting research at conferences and seminars.
- Participate in departmental and institute activities, including committee work, curriculum

development, and other service-related responsibilities.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance experiential learning opportunities and facilitate

knowledge transfer between academia and practice.
- Instruct and advise graduate students, providing practical demonstrations, overseeing tests and

inquiries, and responding to questions.
- Provide input to department heads and professors regarding students' progress, contributing to the

academic support system.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related

field with X years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in production management principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Evidence of potential for high-quality scholarly research, including publications in peer-reviewed

journals and presentations at academic conferences.
- Experience in effective teaching at the graduate level, with a commitment to student engagement

and success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a

diverse academic environment.
- A proactive and innovative approach to teaching and research, with a commitment to continuous

professional development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
